Event Details
This all ages walking club meets at Derby Greenway along the Naugatuck River, at the gravel parking lot at O'Sullivan's Island at the south end of Caroline Street.
As we walk along the path by the river, we'll share stories of exceptional people and events from the Valley throughout history as narrative stories.
This club meets at 9:00 sharp on Wednesdays throughout summer, regardless of the weather. Our librarian Brendan will lead the walks and volunteers from Derby Historical Society will tell the stories, but all attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. Please check the weather and use your best judgment before engaging in any outdoor exercise.
