Colonial Properties also announced the sale of a commercial condominium in Milford for $291,500, as well as the sublease of a commercial space in Seymour, according to the release.

"These sales demonstrate the continued demand for owner/user properties," Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., said in a news release. "There is a lack of inventory for these type of listings and they do not typically stay on the market very long."
