Get New Puzzles, Exchange Old Ones In Southington

The Southington Public Library will host a free puzzle swap this week, where adults can exchange old puzzles for new ones.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Adults looking to refresh their jigsaw puzzle collection will have an opportunity to trade completed puzzles during a Puzzle Swap at the Southington Public Library on Friday, July 24.

The free event is scheduled from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the library, 255 Main St.

Participants may exchange completed jigsaw puzzles on a one-for-one basis, with a maximum of five puzzles per person.

Organizers ask attendees to bring puzzles that are intended for adults, are in good condition, remain in their original boxes, and are complete with no missing pieces.

No registration is required.

The event is open to adults and will be held in person at the library.

Puzzle Swap Guidelines

  • Bring one completed puzzle to take one home.
  • Maximum of five puzzle exchanges per person.
  • Puzzles should:
    • Be appropriate for adults.
    • Be in good condition.
    • Be in their original box.
    • Have no missing pieces.

The Puzzle Swap offers residents a chance to exchange puzzles they've already completed for new challenges while giving gently used puzzles a second life.
