Moped Operator Injured In Bristol Crash: PD
The accident caused the road to be temporarily closed, according to police.
BRISTOL, CT — A moped operator was hurt in an accident on Farmington Avenue early Tuesday morning, police said.
Lt. Patrick Krajewski said the crash happened around 5:45 a.m.
Police determined the operator, who had been traveling on Farmington Avenue near Stafford Avenue, lost control and fell over, police said.

The operator was transported to an area hospital to be evaluated and treated for minor injuries, according to police.
The road was temporarily shut down during an investigation, but it has since reopened to traffic.
