The hiker, found uninjured but stuck on a ledge, was then taken by UTV roughly a mile through the trail system back to the command post.

Southington man sentenced for sexually assaulting girl he contacted on Snapchat (wfsb.com) — A Southington man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, with 40 months to serve and 10 years of probation, for sexually assaulting a girl he met via Snapchat in 2020. Prosecutors say the victim reported the attack immediately, received medical care that supported her account, and later described in court how the assault and trial affected her life.
