Pedestrian Hurt In Bristol Hit-And-Run Accident: PD
Police are looking for the public to provide tips on the driver who fled the scene.
BRISTOL, CT - A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle Wednesday night, and the motorist fled the scene, police said.
The victim, a 63-year-old man, suffered serious injuries, but he was alert and conscious after the accident, police said. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The accident happened around 9:11 p.m. near Emmett Street and Broad Street.

An investigation is ongoing. As of Thursday, police indicated they do not have a description of the fleeing vehicle to release to the public.
