Matthew Joseph Seno, 32, of Derby Avenue, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening at 12:21 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 3.

Lineth Santos, 32, of Corn Tassle Road, Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:45 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 17.

Feb. 4

Lindsey Bard, 40, of Liberty Street, Southington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 18.

Feb. 5

Sasha A. Vazquez, 36, of Main Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 5:20 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 19.

Amy Makaros, 47, of Mead Street, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny, illegal receipt of a payment card, spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card, and receipt from the illegal use of a credit card at 12 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 19.

Feb. 6

Justin Haley, 52, of South End Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:21 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Zackary R. Haiman, 32, of Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration, traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 10:51 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Feb. 7

Emily J. Fitzpatrick, 34, of Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration, failure to display plates/inserts, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:45 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 20.

Feb. 8

Callum Robert Patrick, 26, of Gaylord Street, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, disobeying signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Saykeim Raekwan Correa, 30, of Willow Street, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 8:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 23.

Feb. 10

Eric Santiago, 30, of East Main Street, Torrington, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny at 5:45 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.

Steven Pedraza, 38, of Middle Street, Middletown, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.

Elijah James Johnson, 24, of Osborn Road, Naugatuck, was charged with improper storage of a pistol/revolver in a motor vehicle at 10 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.

Feb. 11

Wayne D. Lydem, 48, of Wolcott Road, Wolcott, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 11.

Feb. 12

Omalma Benamre, 25, of Washington Street, Bristol, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 3:20 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 26.

Feb. 13

Hannah Brittany Ward, 25, of Andrews Street, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:33 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 27.

Nicholas Thompson, 35, of State Street, Meriden, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, failure to renew registration, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, engaging police in pursuit, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 4:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 26.

Carlos Ramos, 21, of Lillian Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, failure to display lights, not complying with tinted auto glass requirements, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:15 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 26.

Alex Fernando Murgueitio Pomaquiza, 23, of Carter Lane, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 6:53 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.

Mostafa El Sayed Ahmed, 69, of Colonial Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace at 3:57 p.m. He will appear in court March 2.

Feb. 14

Ashley Maureen Fonseca, 27, of McKinstry Avenue, Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 17.

Feb. 15

Brandon Fortier, 40, of Westminster Road, Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 1:15 a.m. He will appear in court March 2.
