Miguel A. Marrero, 39, of Elm Street, Danbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:34 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 21.

Stephanie Cartagena-Mendoza, 36, of Park River Drive, Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace at 11:20 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 8.

Jan. 8

Michael Leary, 40, of Florence Lane, Plantsville (Southington), was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 22.

Jan. 12

Kayla Lynn Mello, 36, of Vine Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, and theft of plates/inserts at 10:50 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 26.

Davon W. Davis, 35, of Richard Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:10 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 26.

Jan. 13

Steven D. Farina, 49, of Laurel Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance at 9:03 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 27.

Jan. 14

Jose Antonio Vargas, 48, of Great Hill Road, East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary at 10:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 14.

Antonio DaVon Rivera, 39, of Barnes Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, improper turns, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:28 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 14.

Jan. 15

David Pasquariello, 40, of Skiff Street, North Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 3:27 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Michael Edward Megginson, 35, of Howard Avenue, New Haven, was charged with threatening (two counts), second-degree harassment, and threatening with a firearm at 4 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 16.

Roberto A. Guerrero, 38, of 212th Street, Queens Village, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Rebecca Lynn Esposito, 32, of Moss Farm Road, Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:19 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 29.

Alexondria Lee Cournoyer, 28, of Woodard Place, Bristol, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:50 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 30.

Olena Tartachnyk, 33, of Radmere Road, Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:54 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 30.

Maksym Tartachnyk, 36, of Radmere Road, Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:54 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 30.

James Vincent Delvecchio, 28, of Greenes Ridge Road, Hamden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to grant the right of way at an intersection at 7:52 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 30.

Jan. 18

Cynthia D. Cummings, 32, of Plymouth Street, Norwich, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Jahira Alexandra Acosta, 46, of Evansville Avenue, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:30 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 2.
