Nicholas Ivan Kopcyk, 38, of Lanning Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 6:13 p.m. He was to appear in court May 27.

Jamie Fiorentino, 36, of Plaza Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and sixth-degree larceny at 7:30 p.m. She was to appear in court May 27.

Ismael Ricky Delgado, 40, of Benedict Street, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 10:23 p.m. He was to appear in court May 14.

May 14

Shawn Michael Kocot, 31, of Allen Avenue, Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10:12 a.m. He was to appear in court May 27.

May 15

Johann Sanchez Zosa, 36, of Brooklane Road, Southington, was charged with speeding and reckless driving at 6:58 a.m. He was to appear in court May 29.

Alexander Geoffrey Russell, 28, of Chaffeeville Road, Storrs, was charged with second-degree sexual assault (falsely representing an act is for a medical purpose by a healthcare professional). He was to appear in court May 29.

Dartanyan T. Byrd, 34, of Meriden Road, Waterbury, was charged with speeding and reckless driving at 6:58 a.m. He was to appear in court May 29.

May 17

Mariusz Kryzsztof Pelc, 36, of Summer Street, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and failure to drive on the right at 7:59 a.m. He was to appear in court May 29.

William H. Ackerman, 83, of Hitchcock Road, Southington, was charged with reckless driving and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:33 p.m. He was to appear in court May 29.

May 18

Pedro Ayala, 53, of High Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and sixth-degree larceny at 5 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.

May 19

Luis E. Augirre Borja, 40, of Washington Street, Meriden, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 6:10 a.m. He was to appear in court May 29.

May 20

Ernest Mirando, 73, of Academy Street, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 7:03 p.m. He was to appear in court June 4.

Katherine DeRosa, 36, of Meetinghouse Village, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:17 p.m. She was to appear in court June 3.

Wendy Schriau, 57, of Lazy Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:31 a.m. She was to appear in court May 26.
