Southington Police Seek Help Identifying Suspect In Walmart Larceny
The suspect, who was captured on surveillance, is reported to have stolen a customer's wallet.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The Southington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of stealing a wallet from a customer at the town’s Walmart.
Police said the individual shown in surveillance photographs is a suspect in a larceny investigation.
According to the department, which issued an alert on the incident on Friday, Jan. 30, the man is believed to have taken a patron’s wallet while inside the store, located at 235 Queen St.

Police thanked community members for their assistance and comments, but emphasized that the investigation centers on the alleged theft of a customer’s wallet, not store merchandise.
The investigation remains ongoing.
