State Police Looking For 'Burnout' Driver After Ashford Rollover
Some vehicular stunts went awry in Ashford, state police said.
ASHFORD, CT — A driver's attempt at "burnouts" turned into a wanted poster in Ashford last week, state police said.
State police recently released details of the Sep. 13 incident.
At 4:28 a.m. that day, a Ford F250 registered out of Ashford was observed performing "burnouts" on Turnpike Road in Ashford near the Ference Road intersection, according to a crash report.

The pickup went out of control and hit a utility pole, according to a crash report. It then rolled over and the unknown driver fled the scene, according to a crash report. A canine track was unsuccessful, but the driver was later identified, state police said.
Police are now looking for the driver, according to a crash report.
