Police said "an extensive canvass" of surveillance video after the shooting helped identify the arrestees.
"The Stamford Police Department thanks the public for its assistance with this investigation. Information provided by members of the community contributed significantly to the successful identification of the suspects and resolution of the case," police said.
On Sept. 17, Stamford police executed nine search and seizure warrants on the arrestees, their vehicles and residences, with the help of the Bridgeport Police Department and the Stamford Police Special Response Team.
"Evidence recovered through those warrants and additional follow-up searches furthered the investigation and a total of six firearms were seized," police said.
Summons was charged with first-degree assault; first-degree conspiracy to commit assault; criminal possession of a firearm; first-degree reckless endangerment; and unlawful discharge of a firearm. He was given a court-set bond of $500,000.
Cotterell and Turkvan were both charged with first-degree conspiracy to commit assault and first-degree assault as an accessory. Their bonds were set at $250,000 each.
