Simone Morris Enterprises to Honor Six Leaders and Teams at Its Signature Awards Celebration in Norwalk, CT
Join us on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, for an evening of recognition, connection, and community at HMTX in Norwalk — celebrating the leaders and teams who make room for everyone.
Now in its fourth year, the Inclusive Leadership Impact Awards (ILIA) brings together leaders, changemakers, and community members to honor the people building workplaces and communities where everyone belongs. The evening features the awards presentation alongside food, beverages, live music, and networking with a room full of leaders committed to inclusive impact.
This year's celebration recognizes six honorees across six categories:
- Senator Bob Duff — Luminary Award
- Natasha Agarwal — Visionary Voice Award
- Breion Moses — Inclusive Leadership Business Impact Award
- Dr. Isaac M. Adusu — Community Leader of the Year
- KCSNY Home Delivered Meals Team — Community Team Award
- Aditi Gaddam — Next Generation Inclusive Leader Award
Ten percent of ticket proceeds will support Women's Mentoring Network, a Connecticut nonprofit that empowers women through long-term mentoring, skills workshops, and educational support — continuing an ILIA tradition of giving back to a local community partner each year.

"ILIA exists to recognize the leaders and teams doing that consistent, often quiet work, and to remind our community that when everyone belongs, everyone benefits."
