Fairgate Farm: A Small Urban Farm in Stamford with a Big Heart — CT Bites (ctbites.com) — Fairgate Farm on Stamford's West Side is growing fresh produce, running a pay-what-you-can farmstand, and offering compost drop-off and a 24/7 community fridge to support food-insecure neighbors. The nonprofit also relies on local volunteers and hosts sliding-scale workshops and youth programs, inviting Stamford residents to learn gardening, nutrition, and cooking while helping feed the community.
