Stratford Public Schools Hiring For 50 Jobs

STRATFORD, CT — As the district prepares for the new school year, Stratford has 50 available public school jobs.

Open positions include paraeducator jobs, school nurses, sports coaches, custodians and teaching posts, among others.

It's important to note that just because a school district is looking to hire for a position, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a new position added to the budget.

It could be a seasonal job or a vacancy to fill or even to fulfill a mandate, including in the special education program.

"The Stratford School District is committed to recruiting, hiring and supporting the most dedicated and qualified education employees," officials wrote in a statement. "The District strictly adheres to an online application process for external candidates."
