Here's the latest winner of $10,000 or more in a CT Lottery game and where the lucky ticket was purchased.
EAST HADDAM, CT — A scratch-off lottery ticket worth $25,000 was sold in Moodus recently.
The lucky winner was a Cromwell resident playing the $10 Monopoly game. The ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven in Moodus.
There are still three unclaimed top prizes of $100,000 in the $10 Monopoly, according to CT Lottery.
