• Car Loses Part Of Roof Rack As It Strikes Low-Hanging Communications Wire In Tolland (patch.com) — A Tolland driver escaped injury after his Toyota Corolla snagged a low-hanging communications wire on Slater Road, ripping part of the roof rack from the car. State police say the man was not at fault or distracted, and note the sagging Frontier Communications wire had been reported before the incident.
