Oct. 19

SOMERS, CT — Abdifatah Hussein, 31, of Springfield, MA, was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Oct. 20

MANSFIELD, CT — Craig Bessette, 45, of Uncasville, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop on Stafford Road.

Oct. 21

TOLLAND, CT — Jin Zhang, 40, of Milford, NH, was charged via a warrant with third-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree threatening with a hazard with the intent to terrorize and first-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a 2024 vehicle fire.

WILLINGTON, CT — Gregory Twele, 40, of Willington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Cisar Road.

SOMERS, CT — Donald Don Joseph Chairamonte, 66, of West Haven, was charged via a warrant with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to grant the right of way.

ELLINGTON, CT — Willienathaniel Scott Postell, 25, of Dayville, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Pinney Street.

VERNON, CT — John Newton, 41, of Vernon, was charged at Rockville Superior Court with two counts of probation violation in connection with an ignition device order.

ELLINGTON, CT — Bryan Roding, 43, of Ellington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal trespass via a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Seth Lafountain, 37, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Furnace Avenue.

VERNON, CT — Michelle Wilson, 60, of Mansfield, was charged with probation violation in connection with a DUI case.

WILLINGTON, CT — Edwin Addai, 43, of Grafton, MA, was charged with reckless driving (greater that 85 mph) after a stop on Interstate 84.

Oct. 25

ELLINGTON, CT — Taylor Grace Nicholas, 23, of Dayville, was charged with disorderly conduct following na incident on Pinney Street.
