• Trumbull could become home to one of CT's first AI data centers despite new 2-year moratorium (ctpublic.org) — Trumbull officials have approved a two-year moratorium on new data centers, but the town's existing facility on Merritt Boulevard can still be upgraded into one of Connecticut's first AI-focused centers. Residents are pressing for stronger protections over noise, water, and energy use, and may even pursue a referendum as the town negotiates enforceable limits with the developers.
