Vernon Man Accused Of Operating A Drug Factory
A traffic stop led to drug charges for a Vernon man via a warrant, police said.

VERNON, CT — An accused drug dealer was taken into custody in. Vernon last week, police said.
Vernon police released a report on the July 9 arrest Thursday.
At 1:40 p.m. that day, Ramon Rosario, 51, of Vernon, was served a warrant during a traffic stop, police said.

According to an arrest report, he was charged with possession with intent to sell 1 kilogram or more of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance, the use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a cannabis plant, the sale or manufacture of cannabis, and operating a drug factory.
A family member posted a $50,000 bond and Rosario is released pending a July 21 appearance in Rockville Superior Court, according to an arrest report.
