Vernon Police Hoping For 'Flock Camera Hit' In Efforts To Locate Missing 90-Year-Old Man

VERNON, CT — Vernon police Thursday said they were hoping for a "Fock camera hit" in their efforts to located a 90-year-old man with dementia who was reported missing.

Robert Gottier left his home Thursday morning in a 2016 silver Honda HR-V with Connecticut license plate AF96330, police said.

Gottier's vehicle was later seen in Springfield, Massachusetts, but police said there has been no contact with him since.

Police said they are hoping for a Flock camera picks up his trail as they work to determine Gottier’s whereabouts.

He has no cell phone, police said.

Anyone who sees Gottier or the vehicle is being asked to call 911 immediately.
