Vernon residents and business owners are being asked to complete a survey as the town reviews and revises its zoning regulations.

VERNON, CT — Vernon residents and business owners are being asked to weigh in as the Vernon Planning and Zoning Commission reviews and revises its zoning regulations.

Town officials are seeking public feedback to help guide the review and ensure potential changes reflect the community's priorities and vision for Vernon.

“The community has an important role to play in that process, and the commission wants to hear from you,” the town said in a social media announcement.

Zoning regulations govern how property can be used and developed, including where different types of residential, commercial, and other development may be located.

Vernon officials said feedback from both residents and business owners will be considered as the commission works on proposed updates.
