• Women Shoved, Injured Employees During Shoplifting Incident At Walmart: Wallingford PD (patch.com) — Wallingford readers are learning more about a July 4 incident at the North Colony Road Walmart, where two women allegedly shoplifted, fought with employees, and briefly left a child unattended. Police say surveillance footage helped identify the suspects, who now face robbery, child risk, larceny, and other charges after being arrested and released on bond ahead of an August 28 court date.
