• Waterford man charged with manslaughter in Montville overdose death (theday.com) — A 33-year-old Waterford resident has been charged with manslaughter, accused of selling fentanyl linked to a young man's fatal overdose in Montville earlier this year. Waterford police previously arrested him in June on separate drug-trafficking charges, and local officers assisted Montville detectives in the investigation leading to this week's warrant and high bond.
