WEST HAVEN, CT — West Haven's open houses this weekend stay close to the shore: a waterfront condo with the beach outside the door, a West Shore ranch near the Sandy Point bird sanctuary and a new 55-and-older community of 16 homes. Nine West Haven homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $349,999 to $605,000, according to Zillow.com.
