UU Westport is delighted to welcome all to join us for our service this Sunday at 10 AM. Rev. Carlton E. Smith will be presiding, and our service will be centered on the theme: "Awakening Curiosity: Where Do We Go From Here?" As he shares:

"We’re very close to the completion of the congregation’s program year! We’ve accomplished a lot over the past nine months, and yet there are many more adventures ahead, especially as we look toward the summer and into the fall. In the words of Ernest Hemingway: "It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.”

All are always welcome to our Unitarian Universalist services at UU Westport, offered each Sunday at 10 AM, both in person and live-streamed online. Services usually include a time of reflection/prayer/meditation; wonderful music; readings; and a homily or sermon to lend insight into our world and how we interact with it and with each other. The Rev. Carlton E. Smith presides over our time together that includes participation from multiple congregants, guests, and friends. Music Director Micah Krajca leads our choirs. Separate children's programming and nursery care is available during the service, 10-11:15AM. Dress code is as you feel comfortable.

As always, our e-newsletter SOUNDINGS has all the information one needs to find out what's going on in our congregation. Contact the office at 203.227.7205 x 10 if you have specific questions.

UU Westport is a diverse and welcoming religious community, free of creed and dogma, and open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. We welcome all who are in search of a non-judgmental, loving, safe community to come together to explore what it means to be human and alive in today's world, and how we can best serve one another and those around us, near and far.

Our services take place inUU Westport's iconic sanctuary building, a glorious architectural masterpiece of mid-century modernist Victor Lundy (1923-2024). The building has just undergone a major renovation and is spectacular with its soaring rooflines, sparkling glass walls, set in the woods with the beauty of nature all around it.
