It’s that time of year and Spring has arrived! As such, the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that its 24th Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction/Wine event, the 2026 Spring Fling, is scheduled for April 29th, at the Penfield Pavilion!
Open to the public, delicious appetizers and light bites will be served throughout the evening by local area restaurants: BE Chocolat; Crafted & Catered; RyeBird; Saigon Snack Bar; Joylark Plant Kitchen & Bar; Nordic Fish; Quattro Pazzi, Kelli's Kitchen, Geronimo's Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill, Catering by Christine and Mini Munch Sliders for a night of scrumptious cuisine.
Open bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks will be offered with each ticket purchase, plus a special Rosé Bar, featuring some of the most popular, new Rosé wines, sponsored by Mo’s Wine and Spirits – with chocolate pairings from BE Chocolat. Elicit Brewing Company (serving beer); Fifth State Distillery has created a signature cocktail for the event, The Blooming Spring, and will be on hand to share a tasting of their special recipe prepared with Fifth State Gin.
We are opening the doors at the Penfield Pavilion, for everyone to come and enjoy the Fairfield Chamber’s signature annual fundraiser event! This refreshing celebration of spring is perfect for business owners & clients, friends’ night out, or for friends, family, and colleagues to shake off winter blues and embrace the warmth of spring!

In partnership with Sacred Heart University Discovery Science Center and Planetarium, there will be two telescopes outside on the deck, ready to view the planets & stars when the sun sets at 7:48pm. Assistance provided by Mateo Andres an Educator from Discovery, and his associates, Sarah & Natasha. Sky viewing will end at 9:00pm.
