Westport Country Playhouse Presents 'Isaac Mizrahi: Live In Concert' Next Month

Mizrahi is known for his work in fashion, entertainment and beyond.

WESTPORT, CT — Westport Country Playhouse will present Isaac Mizrahi in “Isaac Mizrahi: Live in Concert” at 8 p.m. on March 7.

Mizrahi, known for his work in fashion and entertainment and as a judge on the television series Project Runway: All Stars, will perform a program that combines music and commentary. The concert will feature selections ranging from songs by Stephen Sondheim to Blondie, as well as works by Betty Comden and Adolph Green and songs popularized by Madonna. He will be accompanied by a jazz band.

Mizrahi has worked in fashion, theater, television, and film for more than three decades. He made his Broadway debut in 2022 as Amos Hart in Chicago. His concert engagements include an annual residency at Café Carlyle in New York City, where he is marking 10 years of performances in 2026.

The 1995 documentary Unzipped, which Mizrahi co-created and in which he appears, marked its 30th anniversary in 2025 with a screening at the Sundance Film Festival. He hosted The Isaac Mizrahi Show, which won an Emmy Award, and served as a judge on all seven seasons of “Project Runway: All Stars.” He has also directed productions for Opera Theatre of St. Louis and designed for the Metropolitan Opera.

Mizrahi created and annually narrates and directs a production of “Peter and the Wolf” for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. Through his company, IM Entertainment, he develops projects for television, theater, and publishing. He is currently a consulting producer on the Hulu series Mid-Century Modern. His memoir, I.M., was published in 2019 and became a New York Times bestseller.

Tickets for “Isaac Mizrahi: Live in Concert” are $49.50 and $55. The performance runs approximately 75 minutes with no intermission.
