WESTPORT, CT — Westport Country Playhouse will host a masterclass on acting for television and film for middle school students on Sunday, April 26. The class will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Lucille Lortel White Barn adjacent to the Playhouse.

The session will be led by television and film actor Liz Fye and will focus on techniques specific to acting for the camera, including subtle performance adjustments often required in television and film. Participants will work on pre-assigned scenes in front of the class and will receive direction during the session, giving students an opportunity to practice responding to feedback and making adjustments in real time.
