• Wilton Sewer Projections Exceed Limit as Kimco Seeks Capacity (goodmorningwilton.com) — Wilton officials say projected sewer demand has now hit the town’s contractual limit with Norwalk, putting added scrutiny on new development in Wilton Center and Cannondale. A court-ordered sewer allocation was approved for 19 Cannon Rd., while a decision on Kimco’s 225-unit River Road proposal in Wilton Center was delayed as leaders weigh scarce remaining capacity and possible talks with Norwalk.
