• Two Windsor Manufacturers Could Shed Nearly $192K From Tax Bills (patch.com) — Windsor residents may see two local manufacturers receive major tax relief after missing a filing deadline for machinery exemptions, with the Town Council set to vote on the requests Tuesday night. Ortiz Tool on Bloomfield Avenue and NE-XT on Marshall Phelps Road could have a combined $191,632 removed from their 2026-27 tax bills if councilors follow staff recommendations.
