Flying From Bradley? Two New Restaurants Await
The two restaurants are past security; Sparrow Pizza is expected to join the airport's dining lineup in winter 2027.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Bradley International Airport travelers have two new places to grab a meal: Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go are now open in the food court past security, the Connecticut Airport Authority announced Friday.
The additions bring chicken sandwiches and Cuban-inspired grab-and-go food to the terminal. Sergio’s Go offers empanadas, sandwiches and pastries, according to the authority’s Nov. 6 announcement. Both restaurants will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The restaurants opened in partnership with SSP America, Bradley’s food and beverage operator, as part of the airport’s ongoing terminal and dining upgrades.

“The opening of Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go is another step forward in our ongoing efforts to enhance the passenger experience at Bradley International Airport,” Michael W. Shea, the authority’s executive director and CEO, said in the announcement.
“Dining is an important part of the travel experience, and these additions provide passengers with more choices while helping to create a more memorable and enjoyable journey,” Shea said.

Another restaurant is on the way. West Hartford-based Sparrow Pizza is under construction in the Gates 1–12 concourse, with a full-service, sit-down location expected to open in winter 2027, the authority said.
The openings follow Urban Lodge Brewing Co.’s arrival at Bradley this spring. The business, which also has locations in Hartford and Manchester, serves its beer and a family-friendly food menu at the airport.
The authority said its dining plans aim to combine national brands with local favorites.
“Every traveler arrives at the airport with a different day ahead, and a great dining program should be ready for all of them,” Kyle Phillips, SSP America’s senior vice president of business development, said in Friday’s announcement.
