• Windsor Locks Budget Heads To Seventh Vote (patch.com) — Windsor Locks residents are being asked to vote yet again on the 2026-27 town budget, with a seventh referendum set for Tuesday at Town Hall and Windsor Locks High School. The proposal slightly trims operating costs while keeping the mill rate at 22.25, and includes a separate question on funding a downtown Tax Increment Financing District after both measures narrowly failed earlier this month.
