The package could influence your future tax bill, school funding, and even county revenue from telecom infrastructure, with working groups set to recommend longer-term reforms. 
• City of Wilmington moves forward with evicting homeless park residents (whyy.org) — Wilmington is moving ahead with plans to evict homeless residents from Christina Park by Monday at sunset, with officials warning that those who stay could face arrest. Many people are being moved into temporary housing, including beds at the New Castle Hope Center and a New Castle motel, but advocates say communication has been confusing and some residents still don’t want to leave.
