• Wilmington Woman Faces Attempted Murder Charge After Stabbing (mychesco.com) — Wilmington police arrested 21-year-old Nachaela Rutto on Sept. 2 in connection with an East 3rd Street stabbing that left another woman critically injured. Investigators say the incident was domestic in nature, and Rutto now faces first-degree attempted murder and weapons charges, held at Baylor on $100,000 cash-only bail while the victim remains hospitalized.
