🍵 Taste Medicinal Herbal Teas
Experience a tea tasting inspired by the format of a wine tasting. You’ll sample six different medicinal-strength herbal teas individually while learning about the properties and wellness benefits of each herb.
🌿 Learn the Benefits of Herbal Support
Throughout the tasting, Erin will explain how specific herbs can support relaxation, sleep, immune health, and the body’s natural detoxification processes. You’ll also be introduced to herbs that offer benefits beyond familiar favorites like peppermint or chamomile.
🌱 Create Your Own Custom Blend
After the tasting, participants will learn the art and science of herbal tea blending. You’ll craft your own personalized tea blend based on the flavors and herbal properties you enjoyed most.
