The lawsuit, filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, accuses the facility and its management company of multiple failures and seeks more than $50,000 in damages.

High surf, dangerous rip currents threaten Palm Beach County, Treasure Coast beaches (cbs12.com) — Boynton Beach residents should be aware that the marina at the Boynton Beach Inlet is closed until further notice as high surf and dangerous rip currents pound local beaches.
