• Hillsborough deadly crash: Jeep hits and kills 2 pedestrians crossing U.S. 301, FHP says (fox13news.com) — Two pedestrians were struck and killed late Friday night while crossing U.S. 301 in the East Lake-Orient Park area near Elm Fair Boulevard, just south of State Road 400. Florida Highway Patrol says a northbound Jeep driven by a Temple Terrace woman hit the Cocoa couple, killing the man at the scene and the woman later at a hospital, and the investigation continues.
