• Governor Ron DeSantis signs 17 bills (alachuachronicle.com) — State lawmakers have approved a bill affecting the Fellsmere Water Control District in Indian River County, and Governor Ron DeSantis has now signed it into law. The measure is one of 17 local bills he approved this week, covering counties and special districts across Florida. Details of the Fellsmere district changes aren’t spelled out here, but residents should know new rules are now officially in place.
