It is safe and out of the storm Message me if this belongs to you and will need to confirm male or female (Nextdoor Washington Blvd NW) - There's this old guy who rides his bike every day, up and down Washington Blvd waving to turtles and birds, and the skeleton hanging from a telephone pole--- dreaming about the old days when he cycled with his friends, in his teens.
