The 7,200-square-foot 2020-built home, with deepwater dock and resort-style pool, highlights how hot the island’s high-end market has become this spring.

Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® Hosts Community Blood Drive (coastalbreezenews.com) — Marco Island residents are invited to a community blood drive on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 1:30–4:00 p.m. at the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® parking lot on Waterway Drive.
