• Archbishop Wenski urges Trump administration to reconsider decision to cut funding for Catholic Charities (wsvn.com) — Catholic leaders gathered at the Archdiocese of Miami Pastoral Center in Miami Shores to protest an $11 million federal funding cut to Catholic Charities of Miami, which serves unaccompanied migrant children. Archbishop Thomas Wenski and Operation Pedro Pan members warned the program could shut down within months, saying children who rely on its shelter and support would be the ones most harmed.
