• Bicyclist dies after hit-and-run crash by driver in Palm Beach County (wpbf.com) — A bicyclist was fatally injured July 4 on South Military Trail just west of Palm Springs, near John I. Leonard High School, and deputies say the driver fled north without stopping. The 44-year-old suspect is still being sought, while the cyclist died two weeks later at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Residents who travel this busy stretch should be aware of the ongoing investigation.
