The fall happened hours after he announced he was canceling a scheduled appearance at Washington State Horror Con in Seattle because of a blood clot in his leg.
In a separate post on Friday, Flair said his doctors had restricted his travel to three to four hours because of the clot, making the trip to Seattle impossible. He also said he was scheduled to undergo a procedure involving the affected vein.

“Not my dad telling the doctor he fell bc of Warrior dropping him on his head…” she posted to X. “(ps: he’s going to be ok)”
