• Libraries host summer reading program (keysnews.com) — Families on Stock Island can tap into Monroe County’s Summer Reading fun thanks to a nearby library lending machine, even though there’s no full branch on the island. All five county library branches are running free June–July reading programs with prizes, performances, crafts, and more, and kids can log their books and earn rewards at any location.
