Jones' Pier Conservation Area and Interpretive Center tells pioneer history (tcpalm.com) — Jones' Pier Conservation Area on Jungle Trail, just north of Vero Beach, is now open with an interpretive center that brings local pioneer history to life. Visitors can explore restored trails, a new salt marsh, historic buildings, and hands-on exhibits about the Jones family and the Indian River Lagoon. The center is open limited hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
   

5. How Vero Beach baseball won its third straight district title (tcpalm.com) — Vero Beach High’s baseball team just captured its third straight district title with a dominant 9-0 win over Treasure Coast, powered by a breakout night from junior catcher Dom Lopez.
