• 2 dead, 1 hurt in domestic shooting at North Naples gated community (winknews.com) — Residents of the Vineyards community should know deputies say a domestic shooting on Avellino Isles Circle left two people dead and one man hospitalized with gunshot wounds Wednesday evening. Collier County Sheriff’s Office reports indicate a man’s son allegedly shot his mother, then himself, and investigators say there is no ongoing threat to the public as Major Crimes continues its work.
