West Palm Beach, FL, 33401

The Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association is delighted to announce the return of its popular Holiday Historic Home Tour, taking place Sunday, Dec. 6, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Now in its 29th iteration, the festive tradition will feature an exciting addition: a first-time partnership with neighboring historic Sunshine Park, offering guests an expanded opportunity to experience the charm, character and holiday spirit of two of West Palm Beach's treasured historic neighborhoods.

Approximately nine private homes will open their doors for this special evening, welcoming guests to experience beautifully decorated interiors, distinctive architecture and the rich history that makes these neighborhoods so special.

Since the inaugural tour in 1991, generous homeowners have invited visitors from throughout South Florida to step inside their historic residences, each decked out in its holiday finest. This year's collaboration with Sunshine Park adds a new dimension to the beloved tradition, celebrating the shared commitment of both neighborhoods to historic preservation, community pride and the magic of the holiday season.

“Both Flamingo Park and Sunshine Park take great pride in preserving the natural beauty and historic significance of our neighborhoods,” said Rick Reikenis, FPNA board president. “Our now biennial Holiday Historic Home Tour is a wonderful opportunity to share that pride with the community.”

Beyond the opportunity to explore these distinctive homes, guests will enjoy savory bites, festive refreshments and holiday cheer at stops along the tour, with culinary offerings from local restaurants and purveyors.

More than a cherished holiday tradition, the 29th Holiday Historic Home Tour, hosted by Flamingo Park and Sunshine Park, is FPNA’s largest fundraising event, helping support the organization's ongoing efforts to preserve and enhance the historic neighborhood. FPNA and Sunshine Park are both 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

Tickets are $75 per person in advance and $90 at the door. To purchase tickets, visit FlamingoPark.org (https://flamingopark.org/2026-holiday-tour)

The event is for guests 21 and older (no exceptions.) No pets will be permitted (service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.)
