• Riley Joe Qualls, 86 of Chipley, Florida Passes on April 13, 2026 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City (fosterfollynews.net) — A Zephyrhills relative is among the loved ones mourning 86-year-old Riley Joe Qualls, a longtime Washington County resident and U.S. Army veteran who passed away April 13 in Panama City. Services are set for Friday, April 17, at Obert Funeral Home in Chipley, with burial to follow in Graceville and visitation one hour before the service.
