Officers applied a tourniquet that likely saved her life, and investigators soon located and arrested her adult daughter, who faces serious assault and child cruelty charges while the children involved were reported unharmed.

Officers assisted until paramedics arrived, while investigators later tracked and arrested the daughter, who faces aggravated assault charges as authorities continue reviewing the case.
